Sounds like it was Capita calling. I agree with what someone else said though, be careful what you tell them because they might twist things and it can get messy. A lady accused me of putting stuff on my form that I never did, but she never mentioned the things I actually did include. Funny enough, she even said sorry for her tummy making noise, which I didn’t even notice - super unprofessional if you ask me!

This number is from Capita, they call bout your PIP assessment and then report back to the dwp who decide if you get any money. Just be careful what you say tho, they used what I said to me against me and cut my payments for 4 years. Nearly ended up in hospital coz of it, so watch out what u tell em.
