Sounds like it was Capita calling. I agree with what someone else said though, be careful what you tell them because they might twist things and it can get messy. A lady accused me of putting stuff on my form that I never did, but she never mentioned the things I actually did include. Funny enough, she even said sorry for her tummy making noise, which I didn’t even notice - super unprofessional if you ask me!

Just be careful what you say tho, they used what I said to me against me and cut my payments for 4 years. Nearly ended up in hospital coz of it, so watch out what u tell em.
