They were offering a complimentary home assessment to help me conserve water and cut costs. Strangely enough, they already had my personal details, like my name, address, and phone number! I decided to end the conversation quickly, as it seemed likely they'd request a donation under the guise of providing a free service, likely to snag my bank information. I'm currently reaching out to my water supplier to see if they're aware of this situation, but I have my suspicions that it’s nothing more than a scam.
