Then they suddenly said they needed to come inside to check for leaks. I asked them to email me instead, but they wouldn’t agree, so I just ended the call.

I can’t see why a genuine company would ring up and ask stuff like that out of the blue. If it really was Affinity Water, they need to rethink how they deal with customers because it felt really suspicious. The person who phoned me was GENUINE, definitely NOT a scam. They were from AFFINITY WATER, asking if I wanted to arrange for someone to come and install water-saving gadgets on all the taps and showers. A couple of days after, a guy turned up and fixed new shower heads and those water-saving things on my taps. Glad I picked up, as it’s gonna help me cut down my water bills in the long run.

Honestly, they are 100% legit, it’s truly Affinity Water. Their engineer just came round to my place and checked out the pipes and taps in my kitchen and bathroom. They even swapped my shower head and kitchen tap heads, which honestly were proper decent. The number is definitely from Affinity Water. I decided to trust it and it was worth it. The whole visit was quick but really useful, and everything they fixed or changed was totally free.
