I can confirm this number is legit and not one of those annoying sales calls from Affinity Water. They offered a FREE water efficiency check that only took around 15-20 minutes. The person kept asking loads of questions they probably should’ve already had answers to. They sounded a bit dodgy and unsure, and hung up when I challenged them. Be careful and don’t share any personal info on the phone!

Honestly, they are 100% legit, it’s truly Affinity Water. Their engineer just came round to my place and checked out the pipes and taps in my kitchen and bathroom. They even swapped my shower head and kitchen tap heads, which honestly were proper decent. The number is definitely from Affinity Water. I decided to trust it and it was worth it. The whole visit was quick but really useful, and everything they fixed or changed was totally free.

On the 27th of June, 2023, I got a rather peculiar call from a woman with an accent that sounded African, who claimed she was affiliated with Affinity Water. She mentioned that they were dispatching technicians for some sort of carbon footprint assessment or the like. When she asked me to verify my address for security reasons in light of GDPR, my instincts kicked in, and I hesitated to provide that information. Sensing something fishy, I phoned the number 0808 175 0440 from a different line, only to find they identified themselves as some sort of partner with 'Affinity Water'. So, it's quite evident that this isn't a genuine call from Affinity Water. I'd strongly recommend steering clear of these calls or simply hanging up.
