Phoned them and no sound at all when I picked up.

Got a call from a busy sounding office, with loads of noise in the background like a lot of people chatting, probably Indian I guess. The guy on the phone had a strong Indian accent and claimed that my broadband was being used by others and was at risk. He mentioned a technician might get in touch today or something like that. I just ended the call straight away. Has anyone else dealt with this? Smells like a scam to me.
