In the background, I could distinctly hear voices that sounded Indian. The caller himself had a pronounced accent and informed me that my broadband at home was allegedly being accessed by unauthorized users, thereby putting it at risk. He mentioned something about a technician who would supposedly get in contact with me later in the day. I decided to hang up, as it all seemed rather fishy.
