Received a voicemail that only had this number, nothing else clear. Been having ongoing issues with Spark for almost half a year now, and they still haven’t fixed it. I was even told it’s best not to deal with them myself and to let my landlord's agent handle it instead. When I asked who they wanted (figured it’d be me since I owe Spark a bill), they kept mumbling that name. Then they suddenly said “Oh, wrong number” and hung up. Could’ve been Spark, but if it was, they really should’ve known some basic info about me. Felt very much like a scam to me.

Spark Energy debt collectors - I can't believe some people think it's all a scam, lol! Good luck drowning in debt if you just ignore it! I got stuck because I moved into a place that had Spark before me. Thought I’d switched suppliers properly, but ended up having to pay for their usage before my new company started billing from my move-in day. Honestly, I’d recommend picking up the phone and sorting it out. The customer service queues can be crazy long, like over half an hour, but these chaps are quick and get things done much faster!

Spark Energy collections - can’t believe how many daft people on here reckon it’s a scam haha, good luck drowning in debt! I got caught out cos I moved into a house that Spark Energy supplied before me, thought I’d switched over but I had to pay the bill from before my current supplier started. Got a genuine ring from Spark Energy here. If you’ve recently shifted house, loads of landlords or agents are hooking people up with Spark without telling them much (usually something sneaky buried in your contract). So even if you had no clue, don’t just brush it off, cos chances are your credit score could take a hit if you just leave it be.
