I keep receiving the exact same message every day around half eight in the morning. So, I decided to contact NATWEST and they told me to disregard the text, as it’s clearly from someone who doesn’t even have our details, plus there’s absolutely no problem with our account. Apparently, it’s just some dodgy lot trying to fish for our banking information for their dodgy schemes.

I rang NatWest myself, and they suggested just to disregard such calls, but it's a good idea to flag it up with your bank nonetheless.
