At first, I didn’t know the number ringing me was Lloyds. Turns out, they were just calling to get some feedback about a recent call I had with them. So, it’s not some dodgy scam or anything. Still, you’re not obliged to pick up if you don’t want to - it’s nothing urgent.

I was on the phone with my bank until just now and this number called straight after, I didn’t even get time to pick up. It’s really frustrating. If they want to do a survey, they should at least wait and give us a moment to prepare. Such a ridiculous way to do it!

Had a call back from the Telephone Banking team for Lloyds Bank, Halifax, and Bank of Scotland. It was definitely genuine customer service, not a scam!

I reckon I've figured it out. Just got off a call with someone from Bank of Scotland customer service. While waiting on hold, I’d said I didn’t mind taking a survey. As soon as I hung up, my phone rang from an unknown number, so I ignored it. Since BOS is connected with Halifax, I’m guessing it was that Lloyds/Halifax survey folks mentioned in earlier comments. If they can’t be bothered to use a clear number or say who they are, I’m not wasting my time on their survey!

We don’t have an account with Lloyds, so why would they be ringing us? No one picked up on their end, and they left no voicemail. Feels like this number might have been copied by some scammers.

Actually, it wasn’t a scam; it was from my bank’s automated line. I had agreed to answer a feedback survey about my credit card, so it was legit.

Been getting loads of calls from unknown numbers recently, probably some scammers. Didn’t pick up this time, but they left a weird voicemail saying something about "talking to 5 advisors, press 5". When I tried pressing 5, it just looped the same message over and over - really strange.
