I received a rather peculiar call earlier. The person on the other end didn't say much at first, just kept repeating "hello". Eventually, he mentioned, "I'm struggling to hear you, the line's dreadful." I went on with my end, still saying "hello", but then he abruptly cut the conversation. Once I checked the number that rang me, I swiftly removed it from my contacts. The caller had a distinctly Australian twang to his speech. Curiosity got the better of me, so I did a quick internet search for the number and landed on this website. It dawned on me after hanging up that it was likely some sort of scam. I had absolutely no inclination to ring them back, as I can easily see how some might fall for it. Just a heads up!

Got a call from an automatic system, but as soon as I picked up, the line went dead, there was no one speaking at all.
