For me, I only pick up if the caller’s saved in my contacts with their name. If an unknown number rings, I just let it go to voicemail. If it’s important and legit, they’ll leave a message. Then I can check the number on websites like this to see if it looks dodgy before deciding to call back. Also, if the number’s from an area or country I’ve never dealt with, I just block it straight away. People need to think before answering calls rather than just picking up blindly :) Give that a go and hopefully you can avoid getting caught by scammers :) This one? Blocked for good now.

Some woman called saying she was from some market and stock investment outfit, trying to give me tips on how to handle the market.
