Earlier today, precisely around 12:15 PM on Thursday, the 8th of October, a young lady called me, referencing this particular phone number. She claimed to represent a Government Department and was offering complimentary solar panels to anyone under the age of 65. When I inquired about the company she was associated with, she adamantly stated she was affiliated with a Government initiative aimed at helping folks reduce their ‘garden footprint’-her exact phrasing, not mine. Upon researching the number online, I discovered it is registered to a solar panel firm based in Hemsworth. Honestly, I’m utterly fed up with these types of organisations relentlessly pestering my home with unsolicited calls, especially considering I've been registered with the Telephone Preference Service for years!
