I've noticed this number calling me twice within a span of roughly three hours. I remember coming across it before, which is why I'm avoiding picking up. Is it possible these individuals are obtaining my contact details from various mailing lists?

Absolutely, I've received three calls from this number earlier today, and each time I tried answering, there was just silence on the other end. It's quite vexing. I reckon I’ll simply cut the number off and be done with it.

I've had six calls from this number over the past five weeks. We're contemplating responding next time and asking them for their bank account details and sort code. Just curious to see if we can give them a taste of their own medicine!

I keep getting calls where nobody bothers to speak, and yet I’m still being billed for them. It's infuriating! What's more, even if I choose not to answer or engage, charges seem to still pile up. Total nonsense!

I received a call from this number at precisely 3:00 PM today. The individuals on the line claimed to be representing three cell services. They were quite insistent and wouldn’t take my refusal lightly. I've never encountered the term TPS before, so I assume it's all a bit dodgy. Definitely seems like it could be a group of con artists, possibly from India.

Received a couple of calls from this number in quick succession-two times within a mere ten minutes, displaying the name 'Brill'. Quite peculiar!

I’ve recently started getting calls on my mobile and it’s turning into a daily annoyance. What’s even more frustrating is that it feels like I'm being charged for them, even when I don’t answer, which is quite bothersome as I’m on a pay-as-you-go plan and it's really eating into my balance. Plus, being outside the UK right now adds another layer of complication with the different time zone. It’s all rather inconvenient!

We've received countless calls from this outfit, and it’s always the same story. There’s a prolonged silence before they abruptly hang up. We thought it'd be wise to return the call, only to find out it's a foreign call centre. It seems their entire game plan is to get you to squander your money by calling them back. Quite the cheek, if you ask me!

Receives calls daily, usually while I’m busy at work. They did ring me earlier today but didn’t utter a word. My number was concealed, so how on earth do these folks even track me down?

Why can't I hold them accountable for my wasted time? Seriously, don’t bother registering; we absolutely won’t be back!

It’s quite clear that these individuals aren’t going to strike gold by having folks call back on a Freephone number, as they themselves are on the hook for any costs incurred.

Not long after a curious pause, the caller finally greeted me with a "hello!" He identified himself as being part of the Customer Services team at Three, the mobile contract provider. He enquired whether we were on a contract basis or using pay-as-you-go plans with them. While I do have an account with Three, I found it odd that he was asking such questions when the information was readily available to him. He then went on to mention that he had an amazing offer to share today-an inexpensive contract meant for a family member or friend. We expressed our scepticism about the call and decided to hang up the phone!

I keep receiving calls from this number, and it's absolutely maddening! The callers claim to be from Three, but their lack of courtesy is astonishing. I've asked them to remove my details from their calling list, yet they persist in bothering me! Just to clarify, we are O2 customers, not Three. It’s becoming incredibly frustrating!

YET ANOTHER CALL WITHOUT A WORD! BLOODY NUISANCES! I’M SIGNED UP WITH THE TPS, BUT IT SEEMS TO MAKE NO DIFFERENCE WHATSOEVER.

I received a couple of calls from this number earlier today, and I must admit, it’s left me feeling rather uneasy. I’m worried that I might end up racking up charges regardless of whether I answer or just let it ring off. Dee mentioned the number 02033 717976 and suggested reaching out to a supervisor-could that possibly be the same lot? Cheers in advance for any insights you might have!

I keep getting calls from this number day in and day out. We've decided not to indulge them with a response, as they previously contacted us from 08009886002. Now, it's showing up as +448009886002, which feels quite unusual. I'm looking into blocking this number because it's become really bothersome!

I'm registered with the Telephone Preference Service and my number's on the ex-directory list. I'd really like to know how these individuals are managing to get hold of my contact details.

This number has rung us thrice over the past few weeks. Today, we finally answered and politely asked the young lady on the line if she could clarify what these folks have determined regarding our ongoing case against them. All we received in return was utter silence! I reckon we'll find ourselves removed from their call list in no time.

We've been getting calls from this number lately. So, we decided to return the call and were greeted with a message that started with a cheery, "Thank you for calling back!" It went on to mention something about '3', which makes me think they might be looking to promote something. Not quite the usual approach for advertising, if you ask me! Quite odd really!

I find this incredibly frustrating; who do they think they are, prying into personal matters and peddling our details?

We received a call from these individuals who ultimately left a rather peculiar message on our answering machine. It went something like this: "Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello?" After that, they seem to have hung up. Quite strange, really!

In response to Si Kovit’s comment: It’s worth noting that not every 0800 number is necessarily free these days; it really hinges on your service provider. We’ve been bombarded with calls at all hours, both day and night! We’ve taken the step of blocking these nuisances, and fingers crossed that does the trick. Let’s hope for a bit of peace!

It appears that this number is associated with individuals in South Africa who operate as third-party agents on a commission basis. Consequently, it seems that you and three other networks do not fall under their jurisdiction: 027112001100.

I received quite a few calls as well; eventually, I answered one and the folks on the other end claimed they were affiliated with Three. They wished me a good morning, despite it being 9 PM! Surely, this must be some sort of call centre operation from India?

I received a call from these individuals, and after ending the conversation, they persisted in calling back, this time using a withheld number. They simply won't stop trying to get in touch!
