Absolutely appalling experience! They took my card details but didn't deliver the service at all! Claimed they would call once the locksmith was en route, but that call never came. The manner in which they responded to my inquiry about the locksmith's whereabouts was downright ungracious, and I was met with some unsavoury language! I ended up speaking to a chap named Robert Lawrence, who was exceptionally rude and unpleasant!
