Absolutely, these individuals run a most unpleasant loan shark operation. I advise steering clear of them entirely; not a single good thing comes from associating with their lot. The managing director mirrors the rudeness of his staff perfectly. We've lodged a formal complaint with Ofsted regarding their behaviour.

After that, the agent abruptly hung up on us. Not long after, we attempted to reach out again, requesting a conversation with her mother.
