It's as if there's a script circulating that everyone’s following!

So yesterday, I received a call from this number, but didn’t answer. To my surprise, they rang again almost straight away, which I also chose to ignore. Then this morning, while I was out and about, they tried again, followed by another attempt this evening when I finally answered. What a surprise it was to hear a rather impolite woman on the other end, inquiring after my mother. I informed her that Mum wasn’t available and asked for the nature of her call. She mentioned she was with Consortium Reclaim but went on to say something about "obvious issues" and that she'd ring back later. I most certainly won’t be answering that again! What an utter bother!

These individuals aren’t even situated at the address they’ve provided. It claims to be Morfa or something similar, yet their actual locale is smack in the city centre. We reside in Neath and have verified this ourselves!

Hello everyone! Just wanted to share my experience-I recently filed a claim to have my credit card debt considered unenforceable. I was in quite a bind, with around £4600 hanging over my head, but they managed to wipe the slate clean for me! What's more, they even secured the return of my PPI from some old agreements I had completely overlooked. If you take the time to hear what they have to offer, you might find it’s not at all a shady operation or a telemarketing scheme. They’re fully regulated by the Ministry of Justice and genuinely pleasant to deal with.

We've been purchasing rings from this company on a monthly basis for quite a while now. We recently collected the first two rings we ordered and are quite pleased with them. However, it seems that the same folks called us again today, not once but three times within just a quarter of a minute! We even dialled them back to kindly ask them to cease the calls, yet it appears to have fallen on deaf ears.

We’ve just received a message that’s a mirror image of what Cautious Suz experienced back on 22 July 2010. A gentleman called Nathaniel - or something along those lines, can’t quite recall the surname! - and as soon as we began to ask our questions, particularly when she inquired about having just one credit card, he abruptly ended the call. How bizarre!

I've received several calls from this lot, but only actually chatted to someone today. The person had a lovely Welsh accent - very posh, I'd say! They were trying to persuade me to enrol in some reclaim scheme. However, I ended up hanging up after telling her I wasn’t going to divulge any details about my credit cards over the phone. We've been receiving calls from this company on a monthly basis for the past several months regarding some rings we ordered. To be honest, we've only collected the first two and have since lost interest. However, earlier today they gave us three calls in just 15 minutes! This number has been ringing me incessantly today, and after numerous attempts, I finally let them know that I'd be lodging a complaint due to their incessant bothering. It seems like they're trying to be clever, aiming to catch you out with your credit card agreements, which might not hold up under scrutiny-though I can assure you, we never carry a balance as we clear it monthly. Frankly, I'm rather fed up with their calls and wish they’d take the hint. I signed up ages ago to avoid such marketing calls, yet it appears they operate on their own terms and couldn’t care less about the regulations.

I recently received a rather unsettling call from this number, in which the caller specifically requested to speak to my 12-year-old granddaughter by name. When I informed her that my granddaughter wasn’t home, the caller became rather irate. Upon pressing her for the reason behind the call, the only word she offered was “consortium.” At that point, I made it clear that if she persisted in calling back, I wouldn’t hesitate to report her for harassing a minor. In response, she claimed she would ensure that my granddaughter's details would be removed from their records. I suppose we’ll see if that actually happens. It’s worth noting that the only entities that typically reach out to my granddaughter are related to an optician's office, so I plan to pay them a visit to ascertain whether they have somehow passed on her information.

Received a call inquiring whether I’ve held a credit card for over five years. When I confirmed that I had, the caller mentioned the Consumer Credit Act of 1974, asking if I was familiar with it. I informed him that my background as a bank manager had given me considerable insight into the CCA. He quickly backtracked and apologised for interrupting my day before ending the conversation. The lesson here? If you wish to deter these calls, just say you’re a retired bank manager with a deep understanding of the 1974 regulations!

These callers are driving us up the wall, honestly! They seem to ring at least three times a day without fail. We’ve got an answering machine in place, but these persistently annoying individuals never leave a message. Because of this, we’re left scratching our heads, utterly clueless about what they want or who they even are. Given some of the dodgy calls we've received previously, we’ve adopted a strict rule: we won’t answer any number that isn’t familiar unless they actually leave a message detailing their purpose. We suspect they might be linked to something called Consortium Reclaim or a name that sounds a bit like that, but we can’t seem to track them down online. Does anyone happen to know if they have a website?

Goodness me! These callers have been ringing our home multiple times each day, yet they never leave a message when the answerphone picks up. I've not had a chance to chat with them at all!
