Got a call at 11.03 this mornin but when I answered, there was nothing on the other end.

Got a call from this number today around 10:20 in the morning but it was totally silent. I didn’t ring back because I wasn’t certain if I’d get charged for it or not.

Im totally deaf and it really bugs me every time i see this number pop up since British Gas should know better than to call me! I thought they wouldnt ring at all!

At about 1.20 in the afternoon my elderly mum got a call that upset her loads and she was shook up pretty much all evening. She's got trouble hearing and is definitely signed up with the TPS, so she really shouldn't be getting any of these calls. I reckon these callers have no clue how much stress they put on older folks with this nonsense. There seriously has to be some action to put an end to these cold calls.
