It’s worth noting that they don’t have a direct incoming number; however, you can reach them through the phone number provided on their website. Rest assured, they don’t retain any personal information about customers, nor do they intend to. The main reason they’re reaching out is simply that you have a BT broadband account that’s up for renewal.

It seems these folks might be part of BT's outsourced marketing team, if you ask me. They frequently ring up trying to persuade you to enhance your internet service or sign up for BT Vision. To be frank, it’s quite infuriating, and every time we pick up the phone, they're just eager to know whether we’re interested in BT Vision. Thankfully, we haven’t had a peep from them since!

Despite being registered with the Telephone Preference Service, we’re bombarded with calls we’d rather not have. We’ve resorted to ignoring the phone entirely. Once the incessant ringing ceases, we dial 1471 to find out who it was and promptly block the number. But honestly, what's the use of having TPS if these nuisance calls persist, right?

We've received calls from this number on two occasions. The first was on the 15th of August 2008 at 14:55, and then again today, the 19th of August 2008, at 18:51. Thankfully, we have a call-blocking device, so they simply hung up. The automated message from our blocker clearly advises them not to call again, so it’s baffling they attempted a second time. Additionally, our number is on the Telephone Preference Service list, which means they have absolutely no permission to contact us whatsoever.

Received two calls recently from this number, claiming to be representing BT. When I asked for my BT account number for verification, they seemed completely stumped. I pressed for the name of their company, and they eventually revealed it was CCA Direct Dialogue. After doing a bit of digging, I found numerous complaints about them online. I then requested their telephone number-only to be told, "I'm not permitted to disclose that!" I ran a check with 1471 and confirmed it was indeed the same number. It all sounded rather dodgy to me, so I swiftly ended the call.
