I actually rung a different number I found on their official site to check if they’re sending out letters asking for more info. Since I’d already put in a PPI claim, I thought it was worth following up. The chap I spoke to confirmed they were sending those letters and said I could contact them both on the website number and on 0800 917 7974, which is printed on the letters. I gave him the reference from one of the letters I’d received and provided some extra details so they could look into my PPI claim more thoroughly. He even knew most of my old addresses from my original claim, which was reassuring. He also gave me the number from the letter, which I hadn’t used before to call.
