Avoid this! Some bloke claimed to be from a bank and said there was an attempted transaction in Leeds on my account. Total con, just hang up.

Got a text from someone saying they were from my bank. Instead of just ignoring it, I called the number back straight away without double checking with my actual bank first. Luckily, I didn’t share any details since I wasn’t even home. They’re supposed to phone me again, but I’m just gonna ignore it next time. Sounded really convincing though. Definitely blocking that number!
