11 yearsI recently took part in a customer satisfaction questionnaire for EDF Energy.EDF Energy11 yearsI saw I missed a call earlier, and it turns out it was EDF - that clicks now, cheers Sarah. I’d just been chatting with them yesterday about arranging an inspection on the system, so it all adds up.EDFSarah12 yearsWhat a right nuisance! I even went as far as leaving a voicemail. Straight into the BLOCK and SPAM lists they go!12 yearsGot a call from EDF doing a survey about a phone call I made recently. Nothing dodgy or scammy, just wanted some feedback :) Caller ID said Edf.EDF12 yearsI got a call from this number and it turned out to be a survey from EDF after I’d recently been in touch with their customer service. They just wanted to know how satisfied I was with the help I’d got and if I’d suggest EDF to others. Definitely not a scam or dodgy, just a quick feedback chat. I checked with EDF’s call centre to be sure, and they confirmed it’s genuine. Since it’s not trying to sell anything, I don't reckon it falls under TPS rules.EDFTPS12 yearsUnbelievable experience here - I informed EDF yesterday about a bereavement and gave them my address and phone number as next of kin and executor. Less than a day later, I’m being bombarded non-stop by 2touch with pushy phone calls trying to sell me EDF Energy services. This really makes me think EDF views people going through loss as easy targets for their sales tactics. I’m steering clear of EDF from now on and would seriously advise anyone to be very cautious about sharing personal info with them, as they clearly have little regard for either the dead or those left behind.EDF2TouchEDF Energy12 yearsSo, a couple of days back I got an automated call claiming to be from EDF Energy, asking me to ring 08008838153 to complete a quick survey question. I decided to call it back, and after giving my phone number, the call just dropped. Then I contacted EDF Energy directly, and the people there had no clue about the number or the survey and told me not to be concerned. Should I just ignore it?EDF Energy12 yearsEverytime I end the call, they keep ringing me like non stop... it’s driving me crazy!!! Ughhhhhh!12 yearsGot a voicemail from EDF Energy asking me to ring back on this number.EDF EnergySubmit Your Own Report (0800 883 8153)
