This call really is from Lloyds Bank. I got a letter beforehand saying they'd be ringing to offer an "enhanced service" where I could chat with either my Personal Relationship Manager or the local Branch Manager. I’m pretty sure it’s just a tactic to get me to agree to something that’s more in the bank's interest than mine. If they had a genuinely good offer, they would have mentioned it in the letter. If you don’t want any pressure to sign up for stuff you don’t want, best not to call this number back or pick up if it rings again.

Just checked with Lloyds customer service and they told me this number belongs to their Mass Affluent team, who get in touch about personal relationship manager offers. It’s a bit frustrating because they still ring you even if you’ve already said no to phone marketing in your Lloyds settings. If you don’t want a relationship manager, you can get in touch with Lloyds and ask them to stop calling. You could also report it to the ICO as a nuisance call if it gets too much.

So first a woman called and straight up said she couldn’t say the name of the person she was after. Then another call from a bloke who kept going on about some Lloyds relationship manager. The phone signal was awful, I only caught bits of what he was saying. He ended up saying he’d call back another time!

Got a call from someone saying they were with Lloyds bank about "relationship management services". When I rang back, it did sound like it was from Lloyds, asking if I wanted a personal relationship manager. They stopped before asking for any personal info cos I said I’d just sort it out in branch. Yeah it’s Lloyds bank - I kept saying no to their Relationship Manager thing, so they sent me a letter saying they’d ring me - and sure enough, they do - every single day! Lucky for BT call protect, or I’d go mad.

This is Lloyd’s as they sent us a letter first asking if my hubby wanted a relationship manager. They rang once during the day and I told them to phone my husband at his work number, which they have on record, so I didn’t give it out to them. But they never did. Now they call every evening about 6.30 and hang up as soon as the answerphone picks up. Why on earth don’t they leave a message like any normal person would? Or why not ring my husband at work like I asked? Even if this is legit, this is turning into harassment and I’m definitely reporting them for it.

got an email saying my 5 day drive away policy has been sent to my dealership. they’ll take care of setting up the start date and time. it reminded me to pick up my cover note from the dealer and double-check when my policy actually ends, cause it’s up to me to make sure I’ve got insurance sorted after that. mentioned i should’ve already got a quote for a full 12 month policy and that quote is valid for 30 days. if i need to, i can ring them on 0800 876 6071. seems like a standard message from fiat insurance.
