I got a call from 08008 - 620239 on the 9th of November at about 12:49. When I picked up, the line just went silent, so I reckon it might be some sort of scam or annoying caller. The voicemail from 1471 said I could ring back, but I decided not to bother.

The loft insulation they offer seems rather unclear, almost like they were just aiming to get their foot in the door. I've come across some rather concerning reviews online regarding the product. I’ll definitely be blocking any follow-up calls from them!

I had a rather brusque conversation with a young woman who informed me that the regulations regarding loft insulation have undergone some alterations, and apparently many have been assigned a lesser status! To make matters worse, she seemed to be misinformed about the specifics of my property as well. She was rather domineering, insisting that one of their surveyors must visit to assess the situation, claiming this is a requirement every two years. Quite frankly, it’s all a load of cobblers if you ask me. When I proposed that we would prefer to engage a surveying firm of our choosing, she seemed most displeased!
