I got a call from 08008 - 620239 on the 9th of November at about 12:49. When I picked up, the line just went silent, so I reckon it might be some sort of scam or annoying caller. The voicemail from 1471 said I could ring back, but I decided not to bother.

They were quite unclear about what insulation they were actually offering, seemed more interested in getting their foot in the door than anything else. Found some pretty negative feedback about their product online. Definitely going to put a stop to any more calls from them.

I got a call from a young woman who was pretty rude, saying that loft insulation regulations have been altered and that most of them are now less effective. She didn’t even have the right details about my house. She was quite pushy, saying one of their inspectors would need to visit for a check-up, which apparently should happen every couple of years. I thought it was rubbish, especially when I mentioned we’d rather have the inspection done by a firm we trust. She didn’t seem very happy about that at all!
