I keep receiving prank calls from this number. It's getting rather annoying!

just so you know, some guy rang me earlier today claiming he was from a ‘contractor’ and told me my account had been handed over by ecotricity for “debt collection”. ive been with them for ages and never missed a payment. absolute scam if you ask me. ive let ecotricity know and passed on his phone number too.

got a call from this number earlier today, 19th nov 20, but no voicemail was left. i’m with ecotricity but i've made it clear loads of times that i'm not interested in getting a smart meter. totally agree with what the person said back on 6th june 20 - feels the same here.

I got a call again from someone saying they were with ecotricity, wanting to swap my smart meters. I had already told them a few times that one of the meters can't be reached right now. The person on the phone sounded sorry and mentioned that apparently there were no notes on my account about the issue.

got two calls off this number just a couple minutes apart. picked up both times but there was total silence on the other end, not a clue who could be calling.

just got a call this afternoon wednesday 22nd july from this number, a woman was on the line trying to book an appointment. ive told them several times already that im not interested in having a smart meter fitted.

Not sure who it is, but judging from what others have said before, it’s probably ecotricity smart meters calling.

So I got a call on the 4th of June from this bloke named Andrew claiming to be from Ecotricity. I made it clear, not once but twice, that I’m not having any smart meter fitted here. I don’t get why they're so fixated on all this 'smart', 'modern', and 'tech' stuff - it's a bit annoying really.

Got a call from someone claiming to be an Ecotricity engineer, saying they wanted to come round and install a smart meter. Seemed a bit off, so I didn’t let them in. Better safe than sorry with these calls nowadays.

Got a call from Eco-Trcity about an engineer coming over for a job. Wondering if anyone else got this too? Sounds like a service appointment or something. Just trying to figure out if it’s legit or one of those random calls.
