I got a call from this number and assumed it was 02 since that was my provider back then. For a while, I thought I’d somehow got a better deal, only to find out it wasn’t actually 02 at all! After that, my phone stopped working for nearly two weeks. I kept trying to get in touch with 02, but they didn’t know anything about this company called Talk 24/7. After loads of annoying calls, I finally managed to get back on with the real 02 and got my phone sorted. Today, the same number rang me again and I was straight up about what I thought of them!

Got a call from this number today, but I usually ignore calls from numbers I don’t recognise. I don’t have any O2 account, so it’s weird they would ring me at all. Just a heads up, even people at proper companies can sometimes be up to no good. I mean, if you want to pull off a scam, where better than at a place you’re employed and trained to sound legit? Be careful out there!

I got a call from this number claiming to be from O2 complaints, but they wouldn’t tell me what the complaint was about. They said they’d investigate it while we were talking. I told them I’ve had loads of scam calls about mobiles recently and I wasn’t going to chat unless they explained the complaint first. I told them next time, they should check the details properly before bothering me.

Could be O2, since I'm currently having a beef with them, but the line was super bad and I just couldn’t make out what the person was saying. Feels like their tactic is to mumble all over the call so you can’t understand them, then they shut down the complaint without really sorting anything.

This exact number just called me, and it’s definitely the same person with the same voice and name from before.

I received a call from 08008400202, a man claiming to be a manager at O2. Earlier, I talked to a woman on 08000321402, also saying she was from O2. She started asking me personal stuff which made me feel uneasy. When I mentioned I saw two SIM cards on my phone, she quickly said my phone was registered with them. The whole call felt odd, so I ended it. Be cautious, it definitely felt like a scam.

This is a real O2 number. For us, it was just a standard sales call. But like some folks have said, watch out if they start asking for a code you never asked for - that’s a fraudster pretending to be them trying to steal your info.

I received a call from this number asking for a code that O2 supposedly sent me, which was rather odd since I hadn't solicited any such message. The warning from O2 clearly states that their staff would never ask for such information, making it quite apparent that this is a scam. If anyone receives a call from this number, I would exercise extreme caution. If you need to reach O2, the number to call is 202 when using an O2 SIM card, which connects you to customer services. It appears the scammers have cleverly manipulated their number to appear legitimate.

I got a call from someone i think it was 02? They even sent me a txt while i was talking to them telling me to reply with a code in the msg, sounded like a strong Indian accent. I just ended the call and then they called again but this time from an 0800 number, its mad how they can hide the real number. Total SCAM!

I just got a call from 02 Customer support, they rang me after I asked for a callback about some issues with their service. They asked for the account holder's full name and verified address plus postcode. They didn’t ask for any security info or one-time codes. Seems legit, the number they used was 0800 840 0202.
