9 yearsI had an encounter with a chap named Pack Johnson who responded to a Yahoo ad when I was in a bit of a pickle. He took control of my laptop remotely and charged me a hefty £210. I was quite miffed about the cost, but he assured me it came with a lifetime warranty. Fast forward a few months and he gave me a ring, claiming my laptop was riddled with infections and proceeded to rattle off a list of "hacker names". He kept me on the line for ages, insisting I should be worried and asking if I recognised any of these supposed hackers. I firmly told him I wouldn't be handing over any more cash. Eventually, I managed to get him off the phone and, upon investigation, discovered that all those so-called hackers had vanished-he must have put them there to frighten me.Pack Johnson11 yearsAbsolutely top-notch service!
