10 yearsI got a reply from a guy called Pack Johnson after I put out a call for help on a Yahoo advert. He took control of my computer remotely and charged me £210, which I wasn’t thrilled about, but he promised a lifetime warranty. A few months down the line, he called again, saying my laptop was full of viruses and showed me loads of so-called "hacker names," asking if any looked familiar. He kept me talking for nearly an hour, but I told him straight I wasn’t paying anymore. I eventually ended the call and later checked those "hackers" he mentioned - they'd vanished, so it was obviously a scare tactic.Pack Johnson11 yearsI gave them a ring and found them really helpful and understanding. I had an issue with my email and they sorted it out for me. They mentioned upfront that if any software was needed there’d be a fee, but since it wasn’t, they fixed everything free of charge.
