Ich habe ebenfalls mehrmals am Tag Anrufe erhalten, bis es tatsächlich vier Mal wurde. Daraufhin habe ich die Kundenhotline von TCS unter der Nummer 0844 888 111 kontaktiert. Es scheint, als wäre man sich des Problems bereits bewusst. Nachdem ich meine TCS-Mitgliedsnummer sowie meine Telefonnummer angegeben hatte, wurde mir versichert, dass man sich um das Anliegen kümmern würde. Mal sehen, ob das tatsächlich funktioniert!
