So I got a call from someone claiming to be with the Inland Revenue's fraud team, asking me for £1500. Totally fishy if you ask me.

Got a call today from someone pretending to be HMRC demanding £2,300 or a fine near £79,000. They even claimed there was an arrest warrant out for me and threatened to take my passport and driving licence (and maybe even my swimming certificate, lol). It sounded pretty serious but loads of stuff they said didn’t add up. Just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.

Got a call from 0300 200 4691, which seemed dodgy. When I picked option 1, some bloke tried to confirm my name - pretty obvious scam. Then they just hung up on me. A bit later, the same number rang me again but this time it was 0800 78887. Definitely HMRC scam stuff!
