Got two calls where no one said a word. The moment it went to voicemail, they just hung up. Strange behaviour!

I got a ring from this +44 0800 number yesterday afternoon, around 4pm, which struck me as a bit weird. A bloke with a posh accent claimed he was calling from Creation Fraud and asked for my date of birth. I told him no way and asked him to prove he really was from Creation. He then tried to get me to log onto the internet, I declined again. He just kept rambling on after that so I ended up hanging up. Seemed really dodgy to me. Plus, if it was genuinely from Creation, why would they be calling from a freephone 0800 number? Doesn't add up.

I’m pretty sure this was just someone trying to scam me.

Looks like a total scam to me! Someone called saying they were from Nigel Foster Creation Credit Card, sounded legit at first, but then they started wanting loads of personal details to "verify" the card. They said there were two dodgy purchases in Derbyshire and Manchester, one at Insurance and another at Richer Sounds. I told them I'd end the call and report it straight to Creation Fraud Department, and they just dropped the line. The number seemed legit on my phone too, which made it even more believable.
