5 yearsThere’s this woman in Bournemouth linked to the same address: CONSUMER PROTECTION TEAM LIMITED, Sunless Solutions. I called up for an older mate who’d been tricked into signing a drain repair contract. She got her cash back thankfully, but now she’s got a new letter saying the lowered monthly payments start 15 June 21. I acted like I was interested to see what they’re about. When I asked how they manage to fix drains nationwide with just one worker, she said they actually have more staff. Then I mentioned that her number seemed tied to loads of different companies and asked what else they might offer. She went quiet and then just hung up on me.BournemouthSunless Solutions8 yearsI got a call from this number, someone saying they were from 'Secure My Drains'. The woman on the phone spoke with a North American accent and told me my elderly parents supposedly had an account with them. She claimed they wanted to lower their monthly direct debit and asked for their bank details to do this. We’ve let their bank know about the company and made sure no fresh direct debits can be set up on my parents’ account now. When you check out Secure My Drains’ website, there’s barely any real info, and the Twitter and Facebook links just redirect back to their own site, not actual social media pages. It’s crazy how many scams like this happen in a week - clearly, they’re targeting older people to try and steal their pension funds. Honestly, these ruthless scammers deserve to be locked up for good.Secure My Drains8 yearsGot a call about some update for a call blocking service. We got scammed by these people once already. Best not to share any details with them.9 yearsWe've just received a call from this number about renewing some kind of unwanted calls service. They said the account involved had numbers ending with - - - -, but none of those match anything belonging to me or my husband. Seems dodgy to me, so I'd watch out - sounds like a scam for sure.Submit Your Own Report (0800 772 0592)
