This phone number is apparently connected to Santander bank. I can't quite understand the previous comment but it feels a bit dodgy, almost like it's from a scammer. I received a letter stating I had some overdue charges linked to my Santander account. A chap named Stuart Smith reached out, claiming to be the Head of Historical Complaints. The thing is, I’ve never held an account with Santander at any point. The letter I got looks like it’s been photocopied or scanned rather than properly printed. Just a heads-up folks - stay alert!

I've had a look at this today, and it turns out it's the PBR team from Santander. Seems to be connected to loans from Alliance and Leicester.
