I’ve been dealing with Healthspan for about 15 years now, and I can confirm this is indeed their customer support line. I doubt anyone's managed to somehow take over this number for dodgy reasons. I’ve never gotten any random or unwanted calls from them either. Honestly, it’s one of those numbers that deserves a “safe” tag.
