I got an email that said it was from Netflix and had this number listed. It told me I’d just signed up and was about to start a free 30-day trial. There was even a date showing when the trial would finish. The email had links to put in payment details like debit card, PayPal or gift cards. Thing is, I never signed up for anything, and I know when you create a Netflix account, they ask for your payment info straight away, not after the fact. Definitely seemed fishy to me.

Just got an email offering me 30 days of free Netflix, funny thing is I've been a subscriber for years now. Nice try scammers, you'll have to do better than that!

Got an email saying my Netflix was on hold until I fixed my info.

Funny thing is, I don't even have a Netflix subscription, and if I did, they wouldn’t just freeze it for missing details, only if payment was missed. Total scam attempt!

Got an email saying there's something wrong with my netflix bill or whatever, so I looked up netflix's number online and this one ain't it. Pretty clear this is a scam if you ask me. Wish netflix would do something about these dodgy folks.

Got an e-mail that looked like it was from NETFLIX, telling me I had an account and needed to "UPDATE ACCOUNT" because there was some problem with my payment details.

Thing is, I’ve never signed up for Netflix or anything like that.
