The freephone number 080-696-8452 seemed to link back to places like Japan and New York when I checked. This was happening around May 2022, in the East Lancashire area. They ended up wrecking the gutter when they removed it, plus used old masonry paint on the wood - we even found the empty tin in the bin later on. Thankfully, he paid with a cheque and was able to cancel it once we told him what was going on. One of the blokes was seen roaming the street, trying to find ‘jobs’.
