If you wanna fix it, just head to SETTINGS, then SAFARI, and hit CLEAR HISTORY AND WEBSITE DATA. That should sort it out! They’re a total rip off, I could tell straight away when I spoke to them. Honestly, if you ring them up, don’t hold back, give those little b******s what for!

Haha, honestly just head to your phone’s settings and clear the call history. That usually sorts it out. When those scam callers ring, I like giving them fake credit card numbers that don’t go through. It’s a good way to mess around with them and waste their time as much as you can.

Got a message saying I'd been locked out of my iPad, so I phoned the number they gave. They told me to pay £79.99 to unlock it, but I said no. Now I’m a bit worried my phone might be hacked or something.

I got a call that said 'ring' so I called back, then someone started asking me for £150. I gave them my name and email but when they wanted my card info I said no. Should I be concerned? Will just giving my name and email cause any trouble? I'm a bit worried about what could happen now.

The account number didn’t check out. Called Apple support - what a load of rubbish! I told this guy Abu I couldn’t pay the £236 he was demanding to fix my phone, and he started throwing abuse at me. Bloody hell, the insults kept coming - damn idiot, absolute tosser, should I carry on? Trust me, once they see you’ve clocked their crap, you’ll be blocked for sure.

Got a call saying my Safari browser was locked cause of some illegal stuff and they wanted £200 to fix it. Told them I couldn’t pay and they just told me to f#ck off and call back when I did. Definitely NOT from Apple Support, total scam.

TOTAL RIP-OFF, NOT APPLE AT ALL! DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT CALLING THEM. NEVER SHARE YOUR INFO OR PERSONAL DETAILS WITH THESE FOLKS. You get put through to a guy with a thick Pakistani accent who’ll try and scare you into paying crazy amounts of money for some fake Safari issue that doesn’t exist. And from what others have said, the sum they want changes loads, which honestly just makes it more dodgy. If your Safari browser isn’t working properly, just clear your cache and history, it’ll sort itself out. Absolute con artists, watch out!

Just like others said, I got a weird pop-up saying I had to ring Apple support because of ‘illegal activity’. The message wouldn’t go away and stopped me from using Safari. Then some bloke with an Indian accent told me I had to cough up £117 or my phone would be locked. I wasn’t having any of it and told him straight I wasn’t getting scammed by these muppets. He hung up quick when I told him to jog on. These are scammers, DO NOT dial 0800 680 0156 under any circumstances. It’s got nothing to do with proper Apple support.

So I was just about to open Safari on my iPhone when suddenly a message popped up saying it was from Apple support. It claimed my screen was locked because of some illegal activity detected. Totally not true. I kept switching the phone off and on but it kept coming back. In the end, I had to reset Safari to make it go away. Don’t ring the number they show, folks.
