This number belongs to Wescot Credit Services - they handle debt collections. I got a letter from them claiming I was due a refund from an overpaid loan with Santander. It felt off since that loan was settled over six years back. So, I rang Santander, and they told me there was no refund due. Then I called the number provided on their letter, and they kept saying I’d receive the money if I gave my bank details. Honestly, I’m thinking of just ignoring it because it doesn’t seem legit. They also kept bothering my son about a £42 debt from 02, which he wasn’t even aware of.

They keep saying it’s Santander, but after getting loads of calls from this number, I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. They should’ve just sent a letter or something. Feels off to me.
