Someone rung me and as soon as I asked who they were, they just cut the call. I tried ringing back but no one picked up. I'm an elderly lady and got really upset, thinking something terrible might have happened to my family. Now that I find out it's just some rubbish, I'm honestly disgusted. They’re meant to be there to help, not scare an old woman and make her feel so hopeless! Shame on them, really.
