She then proceeded to ask for our name and address, to which we replied very cautiously. Instead, we requested her phone number so we could call her back and verify the situation. She gave us 0800-6666616. After that, we contacted the Otto-Versand hotline to explain the entire incident. They made it quite clear that this was an outright scam; we hadn’t won anything from them!
