Had 4 missed calls and thought it was from Aviva Car Insurance after looking it up on this site. I already got insurance from another company since it was cheaper for both our vehicles, and my new insurer also offers a guaranteed replacement car for 21 days or 7 days after a write-off payout. Rang the number and the voicemail said it was Aviva car insurance, checking in with folks whose policies are about to expire and haven’t renewed yet.

Got a call around 7pm last night but only caught it on my answerphone. No message left, as per usual. I had no clue who it was, so I checked your site. Got a call from this number last night but didn’t pick up cause I didn’t know it. Just checked the number here (cheers for the help!) and it turns out it’s Aviva. I know my car insurance renewal is coming up soon, so that explains the call (plus I’ve had loads of emails about it). Thing is, I got in touch with Aviva a couple weeks back after I accepted a quote from RAC which was £177 cheaper (no joke). I told Aviva "thanks but no thanks" and that I wasn’t renewing with them for 2018/2019.
