I got a call from 0800 636262, which is apparently Sainsbury’s. This bloke with a foreign accent was asking me for my full name but wouldn’t say what it was for. I mentioned I was actually trying to reach Lianne from a different team, but he didn’t even ask for any order details or anything. Felt a bit fishy to me!

I got some banana milkshakes from the Sainsbury's in Pontllanfraith, dated 28/10/24, and honestly, they were all slimy and weird in texture 😏 I usually get these all the time and never noticed anything like this before. This number really is the official Sainsbury’s customer support! I'm sure because I call it all the time to see if certain products are available in my nearby Sainsbury’s stores. To put it simply, I dial it myself regularly. Plus, if you check the back of lots of Sainsbury’s own-brand items, you’ll spot this number printed right there on the packaging! So no need to freak out if this number pops up on your phone - it’s DEFINITELY Sainsbury’s, alright 😃👍

Cheers! I got a call and thought it was gonna be another scam coz I’ve been getting loads of them recently and was braced for it, but turns out I’d won some kind of competition! I double-checked on Nectar’s site (and also on here) to be sure, and since they didn’t ask for any personal info, I reckon it was legit. Proper pleased about it. Don’t let it pass you by!

Got a call at 7.05am from a bloke saying he was from Sainsbury’s, mentioning there was an issue with our scheduled online delivery and asked if we wanted to fix it over the phone - which we declined, saying we'd deal with Sainsbury’s directly. Managed to ring their customer service when they opened at 8.00am on a different number, and after some wait, they gave me another number to handle any payment problems. While waiting, the automated message claimed that this number was their official customer service, even though it’s not on their website anywhere.
