Got a call from some bloke saying he was from Gold Shield, spelling might’ve been a bit different though. He started listing off a bunch of stuff like vitamins that apparently we’d ordered from them. Thing is, we’ve got no clue about ever buying anything like that. Did a quick search for Goldshield online and the reviews weren’t great - certainly not a firm I’d trust. Smells fishy to me, like a scam or something. Also, they obviously don’t care about the TPS register.

To stop the annoying ringing, I just hit decline straight away without saying anything. They usually quit after trying around 5 times within half an hour.

I’ve noticed my old mate receiving an awful lot of calls from this number. The caller speaks with a sort of American accent that sounds foreign, and they keep requesting him to verify his account details. Any idea who’s on the other end of the line?
