I find it rather amusing that these individuals claim they'll help you cut down on your gas and electricity expenses. They insisted on taking a quote before anything else, yet when they called, they hadn’t a clue who we were and merely asked for the name of the bill payer. After we politely declined their offer, they abruptly hung up without a second thought! Quite unprofessional, if you ask me.

To my surprise, a rather polite gentleman informed me that he had dialled the wrong number. In the world of cold calls, it’s refreshing to encounter someone so courteous. They certainly made a better impression than most I’ve dealt with so far. Quite commendable, really!

It appears that the calls are definitely from Eon. We've received phone calls from them twice a day for an entire week now. We've consistently told them we're not interested, yet they keep ringing us, claiming they can't see any record of our previous conversations in their system. They even had the cheek to suggest we were being dishonest about our current deal, simply because they couldn’t verify it on their end. What an inconvenience!

I received a call from some folks who apparently thought they could chat to our spouse regarding the electricity and gas services. Just to clarify, we don’t actually cohabit with my husband. It seems these callers are under the misconception that if a Mrs. is handling the bills, there must be a Mr. around as well. They really ought to have checked if both gas and electric are supplied to us as well as who’s footing the bill. Curiously, they had no answers to my questions and stated outright that she doesn’t reside here.
