Today I got a call from a guy claiming to be with Sky. He said that since I had just joined Sky Mobile, I could get some sort of welcome bundle from Domestic and General. I was a bit confused and asked how Domestic and General were connected to Sky, and he said they’re linked somehow. I said I wasn’t interested and he was quite polite about ending the call.
Does Sky know that people’s info is being shared around like this?

This number rang me earlier claiming to be from Sky. The caller seemed to know all the info about my Sky account and tried to chat about Sky Q deals. They then started pushing some insurance for like £8 a month to cover any issues with Sky. I said no thanks. Just sharing so you can decide for yourself if it’s legit or not.
