Seit Anfang Dezember bekomme ich ebenfalls täglich zwei bis vier Anrufe, die nach nur ein paar Sekunden wieder beendet werden. Das ist nicht nur ausgesprochen lästig, sondern auch rechtlich fragwürdig! Ich habe zudem bemerkt, dass 1und1 derzeit kräftig Werbung im Fernsehen schaltet, um auf ihren neuen Kundenservice aufmerksam zu machen. Ich empfehle allen, die ebenso genervt sind, sich dort zu Wort zu melden, sei es durch zahlreiches Feedback oder auch durch das Androhen rechtlicher Schritte gegenüber dieser unzulässigen und aufdringlichen Werbemethode.

Predictive dialing, isn't it just a tad controversial? I've heard stories of people getting called an astonishing 60 to 70 times in a single day! Honestly, the whole automated calling thing is an absolute nightmare. Those who came up with this concept and continue to use it really ought to face some serious consequences. It's maddening, to say the least!

Claims regarding "ping calls" are rather nonsensical. It’s likely that they’re utilising a predictive dialler; if someone answers and no agent is available, the call gets dropped.

Oh, it seems that the promotion from 1&1 was only valid throughout December. Now, it appears that the call centre has simply found itself a new client. However, this doesn’t alter the fact that their tactics are both unlawful and exceedingly aggressive. It would be wise to report this to the consumer watchdog-doing so could lead to the call centre facing some much-needed reprimand.

Ich muss gestehen, ich bin da tatsächlich rein gefallen. Die waren ganz versiert darin, einen neuen Vertrag von 1u1 anzubieten. Auf meine Nachfrage, ob sich an den bisherigen Konditionen etwas ändern würde, meinten die nur kurz und bündig „Ja“. Doch als ich die schriftliche Bestätigung erhielt, stellte sich heraus, dass es ganz anders aussah: Keine Telefonflatrate, sondern plötzlich 2,9 Cent pro Minute. Das habe ich natürlich sofort angefochten!
