Ich bekomme täglich Anrufe von diesen Leuten, es ist wirklich frustrierend. Ich muss mich mal informieren, was man in so einem Fall unternehmen kann.

Es handelt sich um eine Tochtergesellschaft von Debitel, das steht fest, aber ich frage mich, warum da nie jemand ans Telefon geht. Wenn mal ein Mensch abhebt, kann ich das auch nicht wirklich nachvollziehen. Ich hatte das gleiche Problem. Daher habe ich zurückgerufen, und da hieß es nur: „Wir werden bald wieder für Sie da sein. Es gibt wichtige Informationen von Debitel, die wir Ihnen mitteilen möchten.“
