Somebody called saying they were from the Citizens Advice Bureau, claiming I owed more than five grand in debts.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from a financial company offering to help sort out some debts i owe. Thing is, they didn’t even know my full name, which was odd. Plus, they said i had a solid payment history but then quickly tried to talk me into getting assistance to pay off what’s left. Bit confusing if you ask me.
