I received a call claiming to be from Virgin Media, but the caller didn’t seem to have a clue about my current plan. They were pushing me to upgrade to a supposedly 'better' package, even though I'm already paying a mere £29 a month. The moment they started talking about altering my package and payment options, I decided it was best to hang up. They’ve been pestering me with daily calls!

When I replied with a confused "Who's Taylor, and who might you be?" they claimed to be an associate of this Taylor. Naturally, I queried the reason behind them ringing me on an 08 number, and just like that, the line went dead. Quite the shady business, if you ask me!
