this number is definitely dodgy. if someone asks you to call it, snap a pic or take a screenshot and reach out to the police straight away. you could also look up jim browning on google for some tips. another option is to ring them back and just mess around for a bit, but dont let them get hold of your PC at all - they’ll con you out of loads of money. be really cautious with this one!

I got directed to their website when I searched for my office product key. I rang their tech support thinking I needed help, but then they wanted to charge me £200 just for a spam filter. That’s when I knew it was a scam. These scammers, with their Indian accents, really need to be stopped somehow.

I was daft and called them today for some help with Office 365 after I got sent to their site. Thankfully, I managed to stop my card payment just in time before they could actually charge me.

I've encountered some rather dodgy individuals from India and Pakistan who seem to be up to no good. Quite concerning, really!

My mum went through the exact same thing back in August 2016. This bloke called Yashwant, said he was from some bank or something, kept ringing up demanding money. Mum told him the bank had already frozen her account and that they’ve handed everything over to the fraud team. Yet he just kept calling. Honestly, steer clear of these lot, they ain’t legit like Norton at all!

My brother got tricked out of nearly 200 quid by some scammers. They're still giving him calls, trying to squeeze more cash. He asked me to see if it was a scam, and sadly, he's not exactly loaded, so it's hit him pretty hard.

Just recently, my elderly dad got tricked by these people - pretty much the same story like the one someone mentioned above on 27/8/2016. It’s really upsetting.

Today’s call was spot on with what the person mentioned on 27/8/2016, seriously the exact same. The only difference was they wanted £169+ for a year’s ‘protection’. I clocked it was a con about 20 minutes in, especially when the guy on the other end, who I think was Indian, started getting pushy after I said no to paying the £169 fee they kept pushing.

Got a call about some problem with an IP address and they asked for “Ann”. When I questioned them, they just ended the call.
