He insists that they’re some sort of service for the Windows operating system. His opening line was that they’ve detected malicious files creeping onto my device. However, when I inquired about who exactly had raised these alarms, he couldn't provide a coherent reply. Eventually, he mentioned a name - Martin Jones - and claimed their address is 146 Banbury Road, Oxfordshire OX41TZ. He kept pestering me to turn on my computer so he could eliminate these supposed threats.
