I recently had a little hiccup regarding my Tesco Clubcard—there’s been some chatter about whether the number I provided online might just be my one and only, especially since it was flagged as compromised. They've promised to send out a new card, so I suppose I'll find out soon enough if it’s all above board!

I received a call from this number while catching up with a mate and, not recognising it, decided it wasn’t worth disrupting our chat. Thought I’d investigate a bit further and it turns out it’s Tesco’s! I had been anticipating a call from them, but they didn't bother to leave a voicemail - rather unprofessional, if you ask me.

I received a call from a chap named Scott at Tesco, and I must say, he was incredibly courteous and professional. He attentively listened to my concerns and presented a viable solution. I genuinely appreciate the assistance! Although I had a few issues initially, Tesco's response and resolution have certainly left a positive impression. Bravo to them!
