I've recently discovered that this number belongs to an automated callback system run by ARCOR! We decided to terminate our contract with them. I reached out to the free ARCOR helpline at 0800 50 35 786, and they explained that this automatic response was triggered because I hadn’t communicated my reasons for ending the contract. Such a cheeky move on their part!

Hello there! I'm located in Germany, and I can confirm there's indeed an issue with Arcor. We decided to terminate our DSL contract due to some complications, as initially, they seemed to overlook our cancellation request. Recently, we received a call from this number; I answered with a "hallo," and to my surprise, the person on the other end replied with a "hallo" as well before abruptly hanging up. Greetings! I'm currently residing in Germany, and I've been receiving incessant calls from the number 0800503588, ringing every five seconds ever since we terminated our contract with Arcor. Shortly after we reached out to Arcor for assistance, they mentioned that there seems to be a glitch in their system, and that this number is somehow linked to those issues. Ich wurde ebenfalls von dieser Nummer belästigt, nachdem ich meinen Arcor-Vertrag gekündigt hatte. Jetzt habe ich Arcor mit rechtlichen Schritten gedroht und den Fall auch dem Verbraucherschutz übergeben. Ein kleiner, aber nützlicher Hinweis: Wenn ihr rangeht, gebt ordentlich in eine Trillerpfeife hinein. Manchmal kann das echt Wunder wirken!

Absolutely the same situation for me, a former Arcor customer. I did provide a reason for my cancellation, mind you. It's rather odd but, following my recent conversation with a lady from Arcor (presumably from the call centre?), it should have been evident that there was no way I’d be reconsidering my cancellation, nor should they attempt to make me a more enticing offer. I find it a bit cheeky that they still have the nerve to contact individuals after their cancellation has already gone through.

Hallo allerseits, heute fing es bei mir mit einem Anruf von dieser Nummer an und ich bin echt ratlos, was ich tun soll.
