An elderly neighbour in my block got a letter through the door, no stamp on it so I reckon someone must have handed it to her personally. The letter asks anyone who recognises the woman named to call this 0800 number for help, plus there’s another number on there too. But there’s zero info on the envelope or letter about who sent it. Since she has dementia, I got a bit wary and decided to check the 0800 500630 number myself. Turns out it’s a credit company. I looked up the number and saw loads of posts saying it’s a scam. This sort of thing just shouldn’t happen, it’s really not on. Something needs to be done about this.

Got a text from them claiming to be 2degrees. They said my account was 980 dollars overdue. Sounds like a total scam to me!

Got a letter addressed to 'The Occupier' saying if I knew anything about the number above to get in touch with 8163071395. Rang the number but no reply at all. Ever since, I've been getting calls from that same number but with some zeros in front now. It's really annoying, especially as they ring up at all hours from late at night to early morning. I just don't pick up anymore.

Got a letter with nothing written on it telling me to ring a number about someone who used to live here. When I checked the number, seemed like it was from a debt collection agency.

Got a note through my letterbox telling me to call this number if I had any info on a neighbour. It was just a blank bit of paper with that message on it. Seems dodgy to me, probably a scam.

I've been getting messages saying I owe money to 2 Degrees, but after checking, it's definitely not from them. Seems like one of those scams.

At around 7:19 in the evening, I got a call from a bloke who said his name was Matt. He insisted it was super urgent that I called him back straight away. The annoying thing is, he never mentioned what company or organisation he was with.
